Director of People Operations

G2 is seeking a Director of People Operations to join our global team behind the largest and most trusted software marketplace. This role will lead a team in managing employee relations, benefits, and people operations globally.

Skills

10+ years of HR Generalist or People Ops Manager experience
Experience in tech or startup environment
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Proficiency in Google Suite
PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred)
Familiarity with UK and India laws and regulations (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a global team of business partners in talent management and workforce planning
Serve as an expert in employee relations, benefits, and people operations
Collaborate with business leaders on internal employee relations issues and organizational changes
Manage employee termination procedures and ensure compliance with employment regulations
Partner with cross-functional teams to enable employee success and drive G2's long-term success
Utilize data for process improvement and monitor compliance with employment laws
Manage employee leave of absence, expatriate assignments, visa renewals, and immigration for global employees

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
