About The Role

The Partner Success Manager must be solution-focused and deliver on goals both big and small. As the ringleader of daily programs & partner activities, you will drive all tactical elements, meet deliverable requirements, assess overall program change and risk management, deliver a seamless partner experience and juggle multiple engagements with ease. We know this is no small task, but we suspect the ideal candidate will be excited to dive right in and take charge!

In This Role, You Will: 

Own key partner relationships to drive incremental revenue growth for G2

  • Proactively manage and own key partner programs from vision through to delivery and reporting results or milestones along the way
  • Build strategic sales strategies and co-sell motions with Integration Partners and Marketplace Ecosystem Partners; Own your number with accurate forecasting and consistently grow partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue contribution
  • Develop business cases, executive sponsorship and cross-functional buy-in for key partner bets

Lead cross-functional collaboration to unlock the power of partner integrations and enhance results for G2, partners, and clients

  • Collaborate with Partner-side Sales, Marketing and Enablement teams to launch joint offers, account mapping, and education on our integration and joint value for customers 
  • Work in close alignment with G2 Product, Marketing, and Sales to bring new integrations and enhancements to existing integrations into market and drive adoption
  • Collect and surface customer feedback on integrations and work closely with G2 and Partner Product teams to prioritize the most impactful enhancements

Be a Subject Matter Expert on G2’s integration capabilities 

  • Build rapport with sales and partners as an expert on G2 and our partner ecosystem
  • Create leverage on the Partnership team by consistently sharing new learnings and industry insights 
  • Proactively create new process documentation and training materials as needed 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of tech-related sales, customer success or partnerships experience
  • 2+ years experience developing and scaling strategic partnerships and consistently delivering strong revenue growth
  • A passion for partner ecosystems and proven hustle to get things done
  • Exceptional relationship management, collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little (to none) guidance or supervision - a self-starter who exhibits passion, persistence, and integrity in all that you do
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and quickly adapt as environment changes
