Senior Revenue Operations Specialist

Gadge USA was established in 1993. Our company is a national packaging supply and supply-chain solutions company with an expansive distribution network. We manage packaging portfolios across multiple categories, combined with a scalable service model, which delivers packaging solutions and continuous improvement to our customers.

We are currently recruiting a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist, reporting to our Associate Director, Revenue Operations (AD). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting company initiatives and activities essential to driving and optimizing our revenue performance. This individual will play an impactful role in delivering sales analytics and forecasting, data integrity, systems optimization and managing our CRM and other sales and marketing technologies. 

What You Will Do:

  • Revenue Operations 
    • Own the day-to-day execution of our Global Price Watch program including conducting pricing analysis, generating reports to facilitate business decisions, and communicating with customers and internal stakeholders. 
    • Manage our contract management database with customer agreement information and ensure data integrity. 
    • Maintain and update all CRM records, ensuring customer data points are accurate and current. 
    • Design, develop, and deliver robust and scalable reporting in Salesforce.  
    • Support the execution of all social, programmatic digital, and other marketing communications, with a working knowledge of SEO for ongoing marketing initiatives.   
    • Serve as back-up and support for Revenue Operations leadership as needed. 
  • Sales Analytics & Insights 
    • Generate and deliver intelligence reports for customer monthly business reviews, complex tracking templates, and ad-hoc business needs, derived from company’s ERP system (Sage100). 
    • Update monthly commodity publications data and populate monthly trend graphs for pricing indices.   
    • Perform analysis of our business initiatives including ROI and customer trends to drive actionable insights. 
    • Conduct market research and gather insights on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences to support strategic decisions. 
  • Systems Administration 
    • Analyze, and make recommendations for our processes and systems to boost productivity and efficiency. 
    • With guidance from management, implement system configuration changes to enhance workflows in Salesforce and Specright (CRM and specification management systems). 
    • Work with IT, Systems Support, and external developers as needed to troubleshoot, identify and implement solutions. 
    • Serve as a Project Coordinator, track all system enhancements or bugs requests, properly record the user scenarios and modifications needed. 
  • Other Responsibilities 
    • Create and maintain accurate and timely documentation for ongoing customer price adjustments including historical data.  
    • Prepare customer communications related to price changes for management review.  
    • Assist with the design, content updates and production of digital and printed materials for marketing and sales enablement, including website content, training materials, and presentations.  
    • Aid in the creation, execution, monitoring and reporting of marketing campaigns.  
    • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and training documentation. 


Must-Haves:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or other related fields of study. 
    • 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience in sales operations, revenue operations, and/or data analytics. 
    • Strong technical abilities and a problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot Revenue Operations systems and configurations. 
    • Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF formulas) and PIVOT table creation for data analysis.  
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and data management skills to maintain data integrity. 
    • Experience with using and managing CRM platforms and proficient in using Salesforce modules and reporting. 
    • Excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data entry, reporting, and metric tracking.  
    • Effective project and time management skills to support departmental goals.  
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.  
    • Adaptability to evolve with changing workflows, business needs, and marketing or sales strategies.


Nice-to-Haves:

    • Passion and interest in the packaging industry. Experience a plus! 
    • Salesforce Admin Certification or prior work experience configuring Salesforce CRM workflows, creating reports/dashboards, and managing the Salesforce environment. 
    • Ability to develop scalable processes from scratch and related training/change management. 
    • Previous experience building a Revenue Operations function at early stage and have exposure to creating process, structure, and documentation.

This role will be based in our office located at 3000 Marcus Avenue, Suite 3E03, Lake Success, NY 11042.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
