Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses.

As a Leasing Professional at Gaines Investment Trust, you are the face of the community, responsible for building strong relationships with prospects and residents, driving leasing success, and ensuring a welcoming living environment. Your role extends beyond leasing apartments—you contribute to the financial performance and overall atmosphere of the community.
 
Your Purpose & Contribution
  • Enhance Community Engagement – Build strong relationships with prospects and residents, fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive Leasing Success – Understand prospects’ needs, address objections, and guide them through the leasing process to maximize occupancy and secure lease agreements.
  • Support Operational Excellence – Maintain accurate records, prepare lease documents, and ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to Financial Performance – Help achieve occupancy and retention goals by proactively engaging with residents and supporting revenue-driven leasing strategies.
  • Create a Welcoming Environment – Promote a professional and inviting atmosphere for residents, guests, and coworkers to enhance the community experience.
  • Strengthen Follow-Up & Service – Manage follow-ups with prospects and residents to improve leasing conversions and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Leverage Technology for Efficiency – Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software to optimize leasing operations and track performance effectively.
  • Ensure Availability and Reliability—Be dependable for Saturday working hours and multiple weekdays to support business needs and maintain operational efficiency.
Who Thrives in This Role?
We are seeking a motivated and service-driven professional with:
  • A valid driver’s license (required).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • A minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experience (preferred).
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • A passion for helping others and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office. Yardi and CRM systems are a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
