So, even if you feel that you’re close but not an exact match, we encourage you to apply.OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Platform Manager to lead our team of three platform specialists within the global corporate marketing automation team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the team’s expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while closely collaborating with the global technology team to introduce and improve features, processes, and capabilities. The Platform Manager will also support other corporate marketing automation team members and divisional marketers.How you'll make an impact• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three platform specialists, fostering their growth and deepening their knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.• Collaboration: Partner with marketing automation leaders and technology teams for scrum deployments, writing user stories for projects requested by stakeholders or identified as needed by the team.• Post-Deployment Checks: Conduct thorough post-deployment checks to ensure the appropriate functionality of new features and enhancements.• Training and Enablement: Train the corporate marketing automation team on utilizing new and improved features and functionalities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.• Quality Assurance: Write test scripts or provide scenarios for the development team to create test scripts, ensuring the quality of projects.• Project Demonstrations: Demo completed projects after each sprint to stakeholders, showcasing new capabilities and improvements.• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new projects and enhancements.• Issue Resolution: Resolve Marketing Cloud issues related to processes, errors, or system functionality, ensuring minimal disruption to marketing activities.• Support: Provide support to other corporate marketing automation team members and divisional marketers as needed.• Process Understanding and Improvement: Develop a deep understanding of all processes, features, and capabilities within our multi-tenanted environment, and suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance results.• CRM Partnership: Partner with the CRM team to recognize the effects that CRM projects have on Marketing Cloud.About YouRequired:• Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required.Highly Preferred:• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.• Proven experience in team management and leadership.• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Admin or Consultant certification.• Knowledge of Salesforce.com.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Compensation and benefitsOn top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.Below are the minimum core benefits you’ll get, depending on your job level these benefits may improve:• Medical/dental/vision plans, which start from day one!• Life and accident insurance• 401(K) and Roth options• Tax-advantaged accounts (HSA, FSA)• Educational expense reimbursement• Paid parental leaveOther benefits include:• Digital mental health services (Talkspace)• Flexible work hours (availability varies by office and job function)• Training programs• Gallagher Thrive program – elevating your health through challenges, workshops and digital fitness programs for your overall wellbeing• Charitable matching gift program• And more...We value inclusion and diversityClick Here to review our U.S. Eligibility RequirementsInclusion and diversity (I&D) is a core part of our business, and it’s embedded into the fabric of our organization.
