About IEG

Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Responsibilities:

1. Design targeted operation activities based on the preferences of Regional users

2. Follow up the performance of the events, continuously optimize the form of activities to ensure that resources are used reasonably and achieve operational KPI;

3. Responsible for the communication and cooperation with R&D and middle platform department, planning the localized game content, including but not limited to skins, peripheral resources, and packaging events;

4. Establish a daily data monitoring mechanism for key indicators, regularly output conclusions and reports, make data analysis and output countermeasures for game data trends, data fluctuations, etc

Requirements:

Requirements:
1. Passion for the game industry, like MOBA, have a deep understanding of specific region game market and local culture;

2. Possess good writing and communication skills in English or specific region language, English is preferred as a working language;

3. Have experience in local game operation, be sensitive to data, and have strong analysis and summary capabilities;

4. Able to advance the project in a multi-team environment, with excellent self-driving sense, teamwork ability, and cross-departmental cooperation ability;

5. Have an in-depth understanding of the competitive game;

6. Possess strong multi-tasking ability, a strong sense of responsibility, a great team worker.

The base pay range for this position in California is $ 21.92 to $39.80 per hour.
Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered
