Key Responsibilities
✅Work with stakeholders to execute a recruiting and hiring strategy
✅ Lead and drive full cycle process (E2E): sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process
✅ Focus on candidate & client experience
✅ Act as an internal and external-facing representative of Qaracter and the Recruiting team
✅ Partner with external recruiting agencies, third-party vendors and with managed service providers
