We're growing our team here in Philadelphia PA 19148.Compensation: $17.00 / hourAbout the job:• Drivers License Required• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.• Interior and exterior foot patrols around the property• Deter vagrants from property• Supervise & manage employees at your assigned job site.• Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client,at the assigned site• Exercise independent judgement and sound decision making in performing all duties.• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.• Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time• Experience with Access Control• Regulating traffic, enforcing traffic laws on property• De-escalate verbal altercations• You provide rapid response in critical situations.• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.Your background:• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive background screening process• 1 years of Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience, preferred• You have a state license if required.• Ability to read and write detailed reports• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standardsIf you want a real career opportunity where you’re part of a dynamic supportive team that’s dedicated to your success, check us out.
