• CPA certification
• 8+ years of investment management accounting experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and Investment Company Act
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in mutual funds and alternative asset management industry
• Understanding of internal control compliance (SOX 404)

Responsibilities

• Oversee semi-annual and annual fund financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP standards
• Manage daily valuation process and fund operations
• Prepare financial statements and assist with board reporting
• Coordinate SEC compliant expense allocation and track reimbursements

Education

• BA/BS in Accounting with CPA required
