Develop and communicate a comprehensive remuneration and reward strategy
Spearhead all compensation activities
Conduct studies of compensation policies and programs

Oversee compensation presentations and advice for performance processes
Manage benefit programs and compliance for 401k plan

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, compensation, or related field
