Part-Time Compliance/Legal Intern (Law School)

GCM Grosvenor is seeking a part-time Compliance/Legal Intern to support compliance functions in the alternative investments industry. This internship is aimed at law school students or graduate students with a focus in finance, business, or accounting.

Responsibilities

Assist with compliance around employee trading
Answer employee questions relating to Code of Ethics
Analyze conflicts and outside business activities
Assist with regulatory filings
Review investor subscription agreements
Summarize legal cases

Education

Graduate school student, preferably specializing in Law, Finance, Business, or Accounting
