We're looking for a motivated and experienced Platform Engineer to join our team focused on building and maintaining resilient multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms on AWS. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our technical team to design, implement, and support cloud-native infrastructure using infrastructure as code principles.

Your tasks:
- Design and implement multi-tenant Kubernetes environments using tools like Rancher and Crossplane
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to provision and manage AWS resources
- Create automation for deployment pipelines, monitoring solutions, and self-service capabilities
- Implement security best practices across cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the infrastructure stack
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation
- Support product teams to effectively utilize the platform
Your profile:
- 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes administration and operations
- Strong experience with AWS or Azure services and infrastructure provisioning
- Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure as code practices
- Experience with container orchestration platforms (particularly Rancher)
- Familiarity with Crossplane for Kubernetes-based infrastructure provisioning
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
- Strong automation and scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions1.4. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Multitenant Kubernetes architecture
- Experience with AWS IAM and Kubernetes RBAC for secure multi-tenancy
- Background in DevOps/Platform Engineering practices and principles
- Experience in operating Linux systems
