General Laborer (Bundler) 3rd Shift

Mill Bundler - 3rd Shift

Who we are looking for:

Atkore, a recipient of a Great Place to Work© certification and a Top Workplaces USA award, is searching for Mill Bundlers to be based out of De Pere, WI. Reporting to the shift supervisor, this person will be responsible for efficient bundling of product by using banding tools and other equipment. This person will need to work with the entire mill crew to communicate issues and ensure quality production.

What you’ll do:

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Read and understand detailed work orders.
  • Work with urgency while maintaining a professional attitude to meet customer demand and standards.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by Atkore's Safety and Quality guidelines.
  • Accurately completed required production and labor reporting paperwork.

What you’ll bring:

  • No experience needed, we will train!
  • Must be able to read tape measures.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.

Within 3 months, you’ll:

  • Complete initial training.
  • Be able to troubleshoot production issues.
  • Be capable of assisting changeovers.
