Summary
As we continue to rapidly expand our business, we now require a General Manager - Healthcare, based in the US, to help us take advantage of the massive opportunity being presented by Causal AI in the healthcare space.
We need a dynamic, accomplished person with a proven track record in a similar ‘start-up to scale-up’ technology environment who is capable of leading an entire business line.
The ideal candidate will relish the breadth of responsibility required to work in a fast growing scale-up organization and will be solely accountable for all the commercial & product aspects for the healthcare sector.

Roles and Responsibilities
Set a sales strategy, forecast sales targets and ensure they are met for the healthcare sector globally
Develop & Execute the solutions strategy for the sector, translating our Causal AI platform into specific solutions for healthcare-related use-cases
Recruit & Manage a multi-disciplinary team of Sales, Marketing & Data Science resources
Manage the related marketing initiatives including product marketing & lead generation
Work closely with the centralized Product & Engineering teams to ensure your product requirements are met
Work closely with the centralized commercial teams to ensure your sales targets are met
By working with other members of the management team, maintain a thorough knowledge of our proposition, the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors
Report OKRs & KPIs to the board on a monthly basis

Demonstrable experience of independently generating or managing client relationships generating minimum $1M ARR
Previous experience bringing to market and deploying complex AI solutions within healthcare
Previous experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of data science, sales & marketing resources
Familiarity of working within fast growth technology businesses with a high proportion of engineering and academic talent
A detailed understanding of (and interest in) cutting edge software technology, particularly artificial intelligence, would be a distinct advantage
Highly numerate and accomplished in the definition and interpretation of success metrics as indicators for customer acquisition, retention and expansion
