Job Description


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Functions as the primary strategic business leader with overall responsibility of operations to achieve customer (guests, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
  • Personally drive and support the sales, Marketing and Distribution Strategy. Encourages leadership team to develop effective revenue management strategies and set aggressive goals that will drive the property's financial performance.
  • Think about the future anticipating future trends and opportunities; translate organizational strategy into appropriate local strategy.
  • Participate in industry trade associations and regional business event to project a positive public image of the Hotel and thereby generating Business to increase top line revenue.
  • Ensure that service standards and procedures, as well as the delivery of the brands’ guest service experience are at the highest possible level.
  • Establish strong and successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding community.

Qualifications


YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • 15 + years’ industry experience in upmarket brands; at least 2 years’ experience as General Manager
  • Financially astute with proven track record of exceptional sales, pricing and revenue management competencies
  • Strong process orientation;
  • Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
  • Expert in analyzing & mapping market rhymes while thinking out of the box strategies
  • Must be strategic, creative and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on overall goals
  • Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
  • Outstanding PR and social integration skills to develop strong customer relations
  • Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network
  • Local Status Contract with Indian nationality
