Find your purpose and passion at Mozarc Medical.Position Title: Senior Business Analyst – Commercial Americas (Remote)A Day in the LifeAs a Senior business analyst, you’ll be an integral part of the sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for providing meaningful analysis of sales data, recognizing trends and opportunities, and making recommendations to maximize revenue and operating profit. To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a combination of analytical and communication skills, a strategic mindset, and an eagerness to learn You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work well with a team. If you’re looking for a role that will give you the opportunity to make an impact on the success of the organization, this could be the perfect fit for you.Responsibilities• You will be responsible for providing meaningful analysis of sales data, recognizing trends and opportunities, and making recommendations to maximize sales• Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for sales growth• Work with marketing to respond to national RFPs, bids, and tenders• Communicate findings and recommendations to commercial team• Remain up to date with industry trends and product offerings• Create reports on business performance and provide feedback to key stakeholders• Work collaboratively with other teams and departments to drive commercial initiatives• Utilize data analysis tools to improve sales performance• Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to the commercial leadership team• Develop and implement processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency of sales data• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as neededMust Have:• Requires a Bachelor degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.Nice to Have• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.• Knowledge of sales incentives plans or compensation policies.• Experience with SAP• Any additional language such as Italian, French, Spanish, German, would be considered an advantageWhy Work with Us?Working here is highly rewarding – we have the privilege of helping kidney patients experience greater freedom, improved outcomes and a renewed passion for life.It’s essential our team members feel valued, supported and empowered too.
