General Workers / Manufacturing General Labor

Position Overview:
Due to our continued growth, Green Bay Packaging Inc. is currently seeking qualified General Worker candidates for the Coated Products Operations slitting and distribution facility located in Redlands, CA.

Responsibilities:
Duties will include operating or assisting in the operation of manufacturing machinery, material handling equipment and general plant operations.

We are currently on an 8-hour day, 40-hour work week. Employees will be required to work overtime some weekdays and Saturdays, based on production demands.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a stable work history, good communications skills, and the ability to work well with others. Shift and manufacturing experience is a plus.

Division Description: The Coated Products Operations (CPO) consists of three manufacturing plants, four Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings.
