Agile Scrum Master - job 1 of 2

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA and Plano, TX. This is a 12 month contract position.Responsibilities:• Help oversee the delivery and execution of feature delivery teams within the Global Financial Crimes space while helping the team to meet enterprise agile transformation goals• Work with a team of Scrum Masters and project managers to develop and drive cross portfolio initiatives aimed at scaling and incorporating mandatory enterprise routines for application management and governance into traditional agile routines, improving E2E team collaboration, and improving visibility of E2E delivery across the portfolio• Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity• Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team• Support the team in removing impediments• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise• Complete enterprise change requirements and deliverables• Support cross-portfolio scaling initiativesRequirements:• Knowledge of and exposure to Agile practices• Communication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, ability to provide candid but caring feedback• Problem-solving to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting deliveryPay Range: $63.94 - $71.94Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!About Genesis10:Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
