Analyst/Risk/Support: GA/TX/Pennington - job 1 of 2

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX, Pennington, NJ, and Atlanta, GA. This is a 12 + month contract position.Responsibilities:• Assist in the execution of internal control discipline and operational excellence for a Technology Organization• Execute specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards• Support QA/QC processes within the tech org through ongoing monitoring and assessment of controls• Act as an ambassador of the risk culture• Support technology teams in remediating, identifying, debating, and documenting risks and remediation plans• Support technology teams in the delivery and validation of requested artifacts• Support technology teams in setting up sustainable routines and tracking solutions• Partner with the Technology Managers and their teams to ensure sustainability routines are performed in accordance with defined processes• Support Technology Management in audit and exam activities• Assist in risk issue management activities and escalations• Maintain effective and professional relationships with key business stakeholders and risk partners• Oversee execution of Risk Assessments.Requirements:• 5+ years of risk management and LOB/ECF experience• Excellent MS-Office skills including PowerPoint (for presentations), Excel (for manipulating large amounts of data) and Word• Experience in the identification, documentation, debate, and escalation of riskDesired skills:• CISA, CRISC, CISM or CISSP• Solid understanding of a risk control framework (i.e., inherent risks, control procedures, residual risk, etc.)• Strong ability to analyze metrics and data to identify thematic issues / areas requiring improvement• Understanding of Global Records Management, Business Continuity and Recovery, Information Security, Application Management, and Change Management programs, principles and application in a technology setting• Understanding of the business controls and compliance functions and the partnership required to be effectivePay Range: $38.44 - $46.44Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!About Genesis10:Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
