Product Owner/UI/UX: NC

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Owner with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.Responsibilities:• Define and prioritize the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities, maintaining conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team• Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business priorities.• Lead the planning of product release plans / PI planning, Sprint Planning and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities• Provide an active role in mitigating dependencies of team which help successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends• Be accountable for adhering to enterprise standards for documentation in our software delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)Requirements:• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in the security or banking domain• Strong understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field• UI/UX requirements gathering• Demonstrated ability in writing user stories and managing backlogs• Able to communicate with both business and technology partners effectively• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box• Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum• Technical proficiency in using JIRA or other agile project management toolsDesired skills:• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certificationPay Range: $61.18 - $69.18Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!About Genesis10:Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
