Sales Operations Intern (Summer 2025)

Sales Operations Intern (Summer 2025)

Location: United States (Preferred: Raleigh, NC or Indianapolis, IN)
Duration: 8-weeks (Summer 2025)

Compensation: $13.00/hr - $37.00/hr

Overview

At Genesys, the Sales Operations Intern will support our North America Sales organization by elevating partner programs, streamline processes, and project manage key initiatives that drive world-class sales performance. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience with sales tools and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, tech environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support project management and deliverable tracking
  • Contribute to elevated partner programs and both direct and indirect micro-events across Commercial & Mid-Market
  • Measure and monitor GWOS (Genesys Way of Selling) adoption, including template creation and refinement.
  • Document prospecting best practices in collaboration with the Enterprise West sales team.
  • Organize and maintain content for bi-weekly best practice office hours.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented and process-focused with strong follow-through.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a remote, team environment.
  • Interest in sales strategy, business operations, and project execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or other sales/data tools.
  • Prior internship or coursework related to sales or marketing.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
