Responsibilities
Assist remotely with site surveys and installations.
Provide technical assistance and support for queries related to computer systems.
Ensure all issues are logged and tracked.
Document problem-solving processes.
Perform post-resolution follow-ups.
Help develop checklists and installation guides.
Work with development team to address issues.
Assist with process improvements.
Adhere to help desk metrics and SLAs.
Education
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
