About GenScript ProBio

GenScript ProBio is the subsidiary of GenScript Biotech Corporation, proactively providing end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. GenScript ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, GenScript ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. It is also the first GMP manufacturing platform to provide in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines and has supported several mRNA vaccine global enterprises to obtain clinical approvals. In terms of viral vector service, GenScript ProBio has a stable and high-yield viral vector platform.

Location: Melbourne / Sydney, Australia (Home-based)

Key Responsibilities:

Business development for Probio services, including identifying customer needs, promoting the biological drug business, enhancing customer cooperation intentions, and conducting business negotiations.
Managing the Leads to Cash (LTC) sales process actively and clearly to achieve business development goals effectively and avoid risks. Analyzing and reporting corresponding data to optimize work directions in a timely manner.
Effectively coordinating with relevant internal departments for sales and cash achievement, and managing customer expectations and business brands externally.
Continuously optimizing business workflows and addressing pain points to improve business development efficiency and competitiveness.
Completing other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Education/Experience:

Master's degree or above is preferred
10+ years of experience in Biologics business or 5+ years in the CGT industry.
Deep understanding of Antibody drug development is preferred
Business Development experience in CDMO is preferred
Excellent communication skills, learning ability, management ability, and execution ability
Fluent in English communication skills
Highly aligned with company values
