DXD Motion Graphics Designer

Our Boston based marketing technology company is looking for a hands on Motion Graphics Designer with 5+ years' experience to join the marketing and creative team; previous ecommerce, brand or agency experience required for this role. Responsibilities: • Excellent motion graphic animation and design skills used to create short videos, animations and motion graphics. • Tell compelling stories in motion, for social media and other digital channels.• You can develop, shoot, and edit multi-platform social video projects simultaneously.• Deliver strong motion designs, animations, and videos across social and brand projects.• Proficient at crafting motion-based or animated designs, videos, sketches, storyboards, and/or designs to bring your story to life.• Create strong conceptual and engaging designs that are on brand.• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitious deadlinesQualifications• 5+ years of design experience, motion graphics and design• Fluency in Motion Graphics, editing, social media skills, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator• Strong production skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team• Understanding of marketing strategies• Excellent communication skills
