Geointelligence Analysts - JGASS (Ft. Bragg, NC)

We have an excellent opportunity and multiple Geointelligence positions open which support the Army JGASS contract at Fort Bragg, NC. By becoming a member of the JGASS Program, you will be among a group of high-quality professionals who contribute to the actionable intelligence capabilities and the exploitation of our Nation’s aerial assets throughout the world. The team’s understanding of the rigor of all facets of the mission, including immediate consequences of every “call,” allows them to continuously drive the success of immediate and long-term mission planning and execution. Each team member must be able to deploy OCONUS with their team for 4 months after the first year of employment at

Ft. Bragg.

These positions include:

  • GEOINT Imagery Analyst Level B
  • Advanced Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) Analyst
  • Advanced Geospatial Intelligence Analyst


GEOINT Imagery Analyst Level B

Responsibilities:

This position requires full operational analysis using FMV and Imagery. Analysts shall have operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems. Analysts must be able to conduct call-outs and type without looking at the keyboard. Analysts shall perform high level/expert imagery analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements. Analysts shall have briefing skills and be able to effectively direct subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of the intelligence products and assessments. Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively work individually or as a member of a team and take the lead on select tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current TS/SCI clearance
  • Have 3 years of hands-on GEOINT Analytical experience within DoD or the Intelligence Community
  • Have 2 years of experience with GEOINT exploitation tools such as SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, and MAAS, Remote View, MOVINT Client, GETS, DCGS-A
  • Have 2 years of experience with GEOINT analysis, GEOINT production, intelligence architecture, intelligence databases, quality control and training. NOTE: MILITARY PERSONNEL WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF HANDS-ON FMV ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE JSOC AUTOMATICALL MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT.
  • Have 6 years hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience out of the last eight years.
  • Be able to deploy OCONUS with the team for 4 months after the first year of employment at Ft. Bragg
  • Be able to type a minimum of 30-35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard


Advanced Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) Analyst

Responsibilities:

The FSG Analyst is responsible for performing complex and timely imagery analysis and imagery derived MASINT analysis in support of JSOTFs engaged in combat operations throughout the world. Duties include but are not limited to the Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of remotely sensed data such as Hyper/Multi-Spectral Imagery (HIS/MSI), Thermal/Infrared Imagery, Electro-Optical Imagery, Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR) and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR)

Requirements:

  • A successful candidate will typically have the following attributes:
  • Minimum of six years analytical experience within DOD or a relevant non-DOD employer with four out of the previous six years at the operations level.
  • Experience directly supporting military operations in both garrison and deployed environments.
  • Shall be highly proficient in utilizing Electronic Light Table (ELT) applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Performs and conducts quality control of advanced imagery processing and analysis to solve complex tactical intelligence problems.
  • Proficient in integrating FASG data with other intelligence disciplines.
  • Demonstrates a capability to interact professionally with senior members of the Command and partner organizations.
  • Shall demonstrate a working knowledge of geospatial and intelligence data management within a variety OGC compliant applications and databases.
  • Shall be proficient in utilizing GIS applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of collection processes and management, with a demonstrated capability to build a collection plan against a defined problem set.
  • Shall possess advanced knowledge of sensor phenomenology and their application towards tactical intelligence problems.


Advanced Geospatial Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities:

An Advanced Geospatial Intelligence Analyst will perform imagery analysis and production and possess a broad understanding of collection processes and management. They will also perform geospatial processing and develops new methodologies to solve complex tactical intelligence problems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of six years analytical experience within DOD or relevant no-DOD employers. (four out of the six years must be actual hands on experience)
  • Experience directly supporting military operations in both garrison and deployed environments.
  • Must have working knowledge of geospatial and intelligence data management within a variety of OGC compliant applications a databases.
  • Must be proficient in utilizing GIS applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Demonstrate a capability to interact professionally with senior members of the Command and partner organizations.
