Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead digital marketing efforts and develop and manage an effective social media presence. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategy, including creating content calendars, writing engaging copy, creating visual content, and tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a knack for developing compelling content.RequirementsConduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.Collaborate and brainstorm ideas for creative marketing campaigns and collateral.Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.Provide feedback and analytic KPI's for project performance.Assist in the development of content strategy and determine sources for content both internally & externally.Ideate and create social media content across various platforms, including but not limited to Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, and X.Develop social media campaigns and promotions that align with clients' brand objectives and goals.Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales.Ensure every piece of content created aligns with our brand voice.Monitor and assist with analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and identify areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our clients are using the latest features.Work together with team members to align content with social strategies and maintain brand consistency.Design and assist in creating engaging visual content, including graphics, images, and videos.Execute both short and long-format videos, with an emphasis on quality and storytelling.Qualifications1-3 yrs of digital marketing experience.Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy.Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms-Linkedin, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content.Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms.Strong written and communication skills.Creative and able to develop unique social media content ideas.Excellent time management skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently in a remote setting.Work Environment/Physical DemandsThe work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
