Your JobGeorgia-Pacific (GP) is searching for aspiring Consumer Products Professionals to join our full-time entry level rotational development program in Atlanta, GA and Bentonville, AR in January of 2025 or June of 2025. This is a 12-18-month rotational training program based in Atlanta. Upon completion of the 6-9 months of cross functional rotations, participants will transition into a permanent role that best compliments their skillset and will fill a real business need across geographic areas where there is current demand.Our TeamThe JumpStart program is an entry level development program and is one of the future talent pipelines for GP Consumer Product Group (CPG). This program will allow entry level talent to get training and exposure to various cross-functional capabilities while mutually creating value. We enable and advance the skill and capability building for a quicker impact when employees are hired into their full-time role.What You Will DoThis full-time training program with Georgia-Pacific is a unique program across various capabilities including sales, supply chain, category/brand management, marketing, customer planning & more! Each rotation is customized to the individuals skills and interests. The core program focuses on business and capability training where participants take a deep dive into the business, selling strategies, and bundle product assortments across both Retail and Away-From-Home. In this program, you will gain organizational connectivity and work on strategic projects aligned with key business needs.Following the core program is a cross functional rotation.
