Finance Grants Manager

Our client is a reputable non-profit organization that is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Grants Manager. 


Responsibilites
  • Supervise grant accountant and oversee all grant accounting responsibilities
  • Works in close collaboration with the leadership team, program, and finance departments to monitor fiscal deliverables of grants
  • Provides leadership and oversight on grant procedures and processes; identify ways to expand spending on grants
  • Work closely with leadership on grant budgets and budget expense projections
  • Maintain accurate information for monthly grant reporting
  • Proactively identifies and addresses issues to enhance grant data collection, reporting, and impact assessment
  • Track grants including actual vs budgeted awarded
  • Responsible for the oversight of grant audits


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
