Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payrolls by coordinating the timing of processing with leadership, and analyzing all payroll data, and reconciling results
• Manage payroll processing including collecting and inputting data
• Ensure all employee data records are up to date including benefits changes, terminations, pay change, etc.
• Ensure payroll liabilities are accurate by reviewing the taxes including federal, state, local, SS, etc.
• Prepare tax reports for management
• Prepare and file all required tax reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Reviews and validates all payroll voids and adjustments
• Researches federal, state, and local tax law requirements and regulations and ensures company is in compliance
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll
