Main Accountabilities

  • Manage a multi-unit kitchen by ensuring smooth day to day operations with regards to daily hours, schedules, productivity, quality and safety
  • Responsible for the market costs to budget through effective manpower planning, scheduling, overtime usage
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excessive waste..
  • Ensure compliance with brand specifications, quality standards, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), safety, health, environmental and other regulations.
  • Ensure on-time and accurate order completion including and maintaining a high rating of customer satisfaction on the delivery platforms.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and rollout of marketing initiatives that are pre-defined by regional marketing.
  • Maintain an ongoing, positive and pro-active relationship with all internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive response to external customers with the assistance of regional marketing.
  • Ensure day to day compliance on all labor related topics including, safety, security, employee relations, scheduling, training etc.
  • Ensures that a team of high performing staff is in place
  • Provides leadership, direction, training, and development to supervisors and teams

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent knowledge required
  • Bachelor’s Degree comparable skills and experience
  • In addition,3-5 years of proven multi-unit leadership in a service, QSR and /or fast casual restaurant environment, preferred
  • Ability to manage P&L cost and developing/implementing corrective action to address issues
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
  • Solid knowledge of the service kitchen or QSR industry, with a focus on hospitality
  • Ghost Kitchen Operation / Delivery only concept knowledge is a plus
  • Preferred proficiency in restaurant operations, back of house and related systems proven success of developing high performing teams
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong presentation, communication, training and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for producing quality food in a timely manner
