Healthcare IT Recruiters | IT Analyst Recruiters | GHR TechnologyResponsibilities:• Scale existing accounts building relationships with clients• Effectively manage and maintain those accounts at a high level• Provide clear and professional communication between recruiters, management and health care facilities• Stay up to date on Healthcare IT and competitors through independent research• Able to effectively and professionally interface with client facilities• Ensure organized and timely communication between managed parties• Abide by processes, policies and procedures of specific clients and governing entities• Ensure that required processes are followed inclusive of compliance and credentialing• Productively use Vendor Management and Applicant Tracking systems• Promoting your accounts to the recruiting teams, as well as, promoting sourced candidates to your accountsSkills and Qualifications:• 2-3 year's experience in Healthcare IT Staffing from a recruiting and/or account management background• Strong client relationship skills• Strong problem-solving skills & the ability to creatively leverage existing accounts• The ability to learn new tasks quickly, excel at multi-tasking and have excellent communication and written skills.• Initiative, drive and enthusiasm.• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, the ability to prioritize work assignments.Benefits and Perks:• Base salary plus commission• Weekly Direct Deposit• On-going training and development, specific to our industry and your role to provide a true career opportunity.• Health, dental, and vision insurance• 401k with company matching• Above-average PTO, 3 months parental leave• Free Calm app subscription with 5 dependentsAbout Us:Hi there— we're GHR Healthcare, GHR to our friends!
