Marketing and Communications Manager

The Marketing Communications Manager will spearhead a comprehensive content strategy to drive candidate attraction, demand generation, thought leadership, and community building. You will craft and manage a dynamic content calendar for key audience sectors, oversee employee and user-generated content, and ensure effective SEO strategies.Key Responsibilities:Managing content strategy and execution of GHR's blog and all written articles.Create press releases, manage website copy, email marketing and sales collateral.Manage content calendar and co-manage the employee advocacy content bank.Drive Employee-Generated Content (EGC) and User-Generated Content (UGC) strategies.Coordinate and manage content features for employees and candidates.Manage SEO vendor relationships and strategies.Track and analyze content performance metrics using Oktopost, Google Analytics, and social listening tools; provide insights and recommendations for optimization.Ghostwrite various communications and create cornerstone content such as white papers, downloadable guides, and eBooks.Becomes source of knowledge for industry trends and engagement BPs for healthcare recruitment marketing across our key sectors.Build and maintain primary and landing pages on the website, ensuring SEO best practices, and manage website forms and maintenance.Design graphics for blogs, social media, emails, and branding materials.Manage branding documents and oversee design approvals.Coordinate internal communication and support cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.Experience in staffing and recruitment is a plus.4+ years of experience in content creation or copywriting, preferably in a B2B environment.Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.Proven success in demand generation, audience expansion, and candidate attraction.A talent for creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.Benefits and Perks:Base salaryWeekly Direct DepositOn-going training and development, specific to our industry and your role to provide a true career opportunity.Health, dental, and vision insurance401k with company matchingAbove-average PTO, 3 months parental leaveFree Calm app subscription with 5 dependentsAbout Us:Hi there- we're GHR Healthcare, GHR to our friends!
