Giddy is searching for a Senior Digital Media Buyer to join our growing team who has 4+ years digital media buying + ad serving experience, particularly with Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising).

OVERVIEW
Execute display and native media buys in an independent and fast-paced environment through Meta. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience launching, running and analyzing digital media campaigns on social media.
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet with internal teams to review and finalize marketing goals, strategies and media objectives for Giddy properties
Monitor search campaign spending by platform to ensure that spend is on pace to meet KPIs. Identify any problems or anomalies within campaigns relative to goals or spend and make necessary optimizations
Manage broader relationships and participate in stakeholder meetings/discussions
Assist other departments to help implement new strategies, build concept proposals, and develop new verticals
Compile platform data for reporting using various internal and web-based (UI) tools
Prepare for tracking and monitoring KPIs
Seek updates and remain current on all ad platform rules, regulations and best practices to keep platforms and campaigns up to current standards
Schedule and organize deep dive media analyses to audit all campaigns, identify problems, opportunities. Prepare and communicate recommendations and action items to internal teams
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that media budgets and vendor placements are accurate, eliminating negative budget ramifications
Ensure all fees, margins, costs, and digital spend is accurately tracked and attributed internally, and within the platform UI
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
3+ years’ experience in media buying
3+ years’ experience in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn ads managers
Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines
Experience in fast paced environment meeting strict deadlines
Experience with troubleshooting and analysis
Experience with advertising in the health industry
Experience working with 1M+ monthly budgets (necessary)
Ability to execute campaigns accurately and on time with high levels of accountability
Ability to work independently across multiple projects
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, report, and optimize strategy based on metrics
Experience with Google Analytics including ad trafficking, reporting, and pixel strategy
Excellent organizational and process skills with impeccable attention to detail
Ability to communicate, present, and collaborate effectively in-person, via email, and through remote video conferencing
MANDATORY TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Proficiency in Meta Advertising and relevant platforms
Google Analytics, DCM, Google Ad Certifications or Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Qlik

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: experience, training, and transferable skills.
