We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the IT or ITES industry. This role requires proficiency in MS D365 or other ERP systems, as well as a solid understanding of US GAAP. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, while ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger and supporting audits.

What you’ll do:

Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end Closing: Lead and manage closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
General Ledger Accounting and Reconciliation: Manage and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure cash balances are accurately reported.
MS D365 or ERP System Management: Utilize MS D365 or other ERP systems to manage accounting functions, including posting entries, generating reports, and analyzing data.
Financial Data Review and Analysis: Review, analyze, and interpret financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Knowledge of US GAAP: Ensure that all accounting processes adhere to US GAAP regulations.
International Financial Knowledge: Manage accounting activities for different international regions, staying up-to-date with global financial regulations and tax laws.
Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.

What you’ve done:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related commerce field.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the IT or ITES industry.
Strong experience with MS D365 or other ERP systems.
Solid understanding of US GAAP and international accounting standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or any similar ERP system.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and data analysis.
