Gilbane is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Manager to create and deploy talent acquisition strategies that strengthen our organization's capabilities and ensure we have the talent to meet current and future business needs.In this role, you will focus on establishing talent acquisition programs that enhance our ability to attract, assess, select and onboard top-tier talent.This is a working manager role where you will not only provide leadership to recruiters but also maintain your own caseload of high-level/key hires. You will protect and promote the interests of both Gilbane and the client in all matters as well as demonstrating the personal characteristics of a developing leader.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the execution of recruiting and retention practices• Provide high-level consultation and support for recruitment and staffing management through sourcing, screening and interviewing• Serve as an internal consultant and counsel to Business Partners and HR Leaders in the development of leadership recruitment strategies• Develop and implement successful recruitment strategies and campaigns on a national and local level to recruit both internal and external candidates• Select, work with, and effectively manage outside vendors when appropriate• Develop successful networks within management, staffing teams and Human Resources partners• Ensure Gilbane meets or exceeds strategic recruiting requirements• Direct recruiting initiatives, including integration of assessment tools, employment branding, employee referral program, relocation and interview skills training• Collaborate with managers to identify and develop key outreach sourcing initiatives to ensure a constant pipeline of talented and diverse applicants• Direct internal and external recruitment and placement activities and relationship building with businesses, government, and community service agencies, colleges, employment agencies, and search firms• Organize and conduct education programs to ensure compliance with current laws, regulations, and Company policy related to recruitment and placement• Prepare and analyze recruiting metrics• Develop and promote recruiting strategiesQualificationsEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION• BS or MS degree in Human Resources or Business• 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the construction industry• Can substitute education for experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES• Strong communication skills to exchange information in a clear, concise manner• Ability to readily adjust approach to accommodate changing situations and respond resourcefully to new demands or circumstances• Understanding of industry trends and issues, competitive differentiators and key customer concerns• Ability to work in a team environment• Experience leading and managing projects for corporate recruiting functions• Leadership and Management skillsSalary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.For Orlando, FL and Tampa, FL this ranges from $109,600.00-$150,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.For Providence, RI; Englewood, CO; Atlanta, GA; and Charlotte, NC this ranges from $115,100.00-$158,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.For Chicago, IL; Philadelphia, PA and Houston, TX this ranges from $120,600.00-$160,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.For Arlington, VA and Boston, MA this ranges from $128,200.00-$165,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
