Senior Manager, Analytics Engineering (R&D)

They seek a Senior Manager for Analytics Engineering (R&D) to lead a high-performing team that delivers data-driven insights to support product adoption and strategic decision-making.

Skills

Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases, preferably Snowflake.
Experience with large, raw, and disorganized datasets.
Proven ability in quantitative analysis focused on feature and usage metrics.
Technical proficiency bridging business strategy and data engineering.
Experience defining and managing project plans and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop a high-performance Analytics Engineering team focused on Product Usage data.
Lead development of advanced data models transforming complex event-level data into actionable insights.
Act as a Player/Coach contributing hands-on to product usage data transformations and modeling.
Oversee scalable data pipeline architecture processing high-volume real-time product usage events.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Strategy teams to translate analytics requirements into data model specifications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
