We offer a wide range of healthier savory options that enable consumers to keep a closer watch on their dietary and nutritional needs.Reporting to a Regional Sales Director, you will have opportunity to grow accounts in our savory category with sauces and dressings as a primary focus, with a combination of flavors and ingredients, but additional account focus could also be a possibility depending on your experience and industry knowledge. We prefer for this role that you already be within the Western part of the United States, but will consider other locations for the right experience. This is a remote position.• Account Management: Lead and influence strategic account planning. Develop comprehensive action plans for main accounts. Develop thoughtful understanding of customer potential through analysis of brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses, and competition data. Manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans.• Negotiate and Collaborate: Manage large commercial projects in collaboration with Flavor Creation and Application. Ensure visibility and exposure for us at customers by maintaining and guiding appropriate call frequency with essential product demonstrations and technical to technical interface. Follow up on customer submissions and manage wins through to production and launch. Negotiate pricing agreements following company guidelines.• Business Development: Grow our business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines and by generating a broad base of new business opportunities.
