Givens Communities is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to lead holistic wellness programs for seniors, fostering vibrant aging in a nurturing environment.

Skills

Experience with older adults
Supervisory skills
Event planning
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate wellness programs
Supervise Life Enrichment staff
Oversee events calendar for residents
Manage production of weekly newsletter
Coordinate volunteer training and recruitment
Lead life enrichment programs and support resident interest groups
Organize off-campus events

Education

Bachelor’s degree in gerontology, health promotion, recreational therapy or related field
