Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care plans
Be accountable for administration of drugs and therapeutic procedures
Respond to emergency calls within the community
Demonstrate effective management of complex assignments
Coordinate unit routines and orient new staff
Communicate pertinent resident information accurately

Education

Two years experience in long term care or geriatric population preferred
