Head of Operations

GiveWell is seeking a Head of Operations to grow and manage the operations team and support the organization in achieving its mission effectively.

Skills

Strong leadership and team development skills
Operations subject matter expertise in finance, legal, people ops, tech, and facilities
Interpersonal skills and alignment with company values

Responsibilities

Manage the operations department and build a world-class team
Build key operations functions and improve operations services
Manage organizational risk and work with senior leaders
Improve organizational design and culture to support the mission
Perform any other tasks that help achieve the mission

Education

At least 10-15 years of professional experience
Prior experience in organizational leadership roles
Solid understanding of GiveWell's work and mission
