Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team at our Paducah, KY office. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations within the office.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting individuals upon arrival and directing their requests to the appropriate staff member.
  • Collecting and maintaining state-required clinical and non-clinical documentation.
  • Taking phone calls and directing to correct individual.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for meetings.
  • Organizing, maintaining and ordering various office supplies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with other clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • General office/administrative tasks as needed.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Professional appearance and a positive, friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to adapt to and learn new software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Customer service and communication skills are critical. The right candidate will be interacting with lots of individuals - both internal and external clients and patients.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous work experience in a similar environment is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in office administration are a plus.

$18 - $20 an hour
