Compensation: $*17.00* - $*19.00** per hour*
Our Glass Administrators liaise with customers and insurance companies, as well as schedule appointments. Some of the job responsibilities include:

• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
• Coordinate and Maintain client records
• Perform data entry and scan documents
• Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence and emails
• Answer phones promptly and use good judgement to prioritize
• Work with customers to determine the best method of payment

We're Looking For:

• Formal training in office procedures and office equipment
• Ability to communicate accurately and clearly, both orally and in writing
• Superior organizational skills and accuracy
• Excellent Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of computers, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
