Experience in a similar role within a B2B SaaS company
Proven track record of attaining and exceeding targets
Proficiency with CRM software, Slack, Zendesk, Metabase, Glean
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with Value Selling
Project management experience
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for a book of customers
Lead the onboarding process for new customers
Develop account expansion strategies
Own and report on key performance indicators
Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on customer feedback
