Glean is on a mission to make knowledge work faster and more humane. They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to actively guide strategic customers to achieve business outcomes with Glean, bringing generative AI to life in the enterprise and in APAC.

Skills

  • Experience in a similar role within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record of attaining and exceeding targets
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Slack, Zendesk, Metabase, Glean
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Value Selling
  • Project management experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for a book of customers
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers
  • Develop account expansion strategies
  • Own and report on key performance indicators
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on customer feedback
