Data Science Lead, Growth

Glean is on a mission to transform knowledge work with AI, and is seeking a Data Science Lead to drive growth initiatives and user engagement in their Palo Alto headquarters.

Skills

Strong business sense in defining KPIs
Proficient in SQL and modern data stack
Experience in A/B testing and non-experimental methods
Proficient in Python
Familiarity with BI visualization tools

Responsibilities

Define KPIs and build foundational data assets
Develop visualizations to monitor user growth
Collaborate with product management and engineering to enhance user interactions
Identify key drivers of user retention and engagement
Support Customer Success Management with data insights

Education

Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
