Solutions Engineer
Glean is on a mission to provide knowledge through a platform that combines the best of Google Search and ChatGPT. We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our diverse team and assist customers in integrating Glean with their important decision-making platforms.
Skills
- Enterprise software pre-sales experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Experience with SaaS tools and cloud platforms
Responsibilities
- Perform interactive demonstrations of the Glean platform to prospective customers.
- Educate technical teams on the architecture of Glean.
- Scope and execute pilot and Proof of Value exercises.
- Train customers and partners on our product.
- Liaise with product managers and engineers on feedback and feature requests.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
