Account Receivable Intern

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Intern to join our Finance team, to be the key person on invoice issuance and liaising with the clients in order to ensure payment is collected in a timely manner.

This position should highlight the need for candidates who are focused on outcomes, strong customer service skills, and keen to multiple data entries. Ultimately, the candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our receivable transactions and procedures. .

• Issuing invoices in a daily basis to maintain our AR control
• Tracking and reconciling invoice payments to ensure timely collection
• Provide support on preparing receivable reports by performing data-entry related tasks
• Preparation of legal documents for signing purpose

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Having experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to pay strong attention to detail and maintain accuracy in financial records.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and address financial challenges.
• Solid understanding of basic receivable principles and financial transactions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
