CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
This year round Co-op position will primarily assist in the review of suspense accounts and helping manage our global mapping sets. They will be responsible for scheduling and preparing suspense reports for department review as well as learning the rules and conditions for multiple reporting systems to help map new local strings.
Additionally, they will collaborate with our global finance teams for assistance in the mappings as well as with our Business Process Improvement team to submit these new mapping adds or changes.
This role will also assist with any ad-hoc requests projects, as needed. This can include pulling reports, testing new processes, documenting new processes, etc. Our team will also be working on acquisition related projects so they may assist on those tasks, as they’re more defined.
