We have an immediate opening to join our high-performing Global Alliance team as a Global Alliance Sales Director. In this role, you will develop and execute a global strategy to make AAI the #1 RPA Vendor across the US, EU, and IMEA, in particular with EY. You will help scale channels, and alliances, and act as an evangelist to keep them informed and excited about our products. Working closely with partner field sales, you will implement a global plan at the local level. Who you’ll report to:
You’ll be reporting to the VP, Strategic Partnerships
You will make an impact by being responsible for:

Developing a Global Account Plan (GAP) with a focus on significantly increasing the market share of AAI at leading GSI’s. This includes a joint go-to-market plan, a joint scorecard, and a joint cadence of business reviews from the C-suite down to all levels as required in the organization

Executing the GAP across US, EU, and IMEA initially and then following with a global launch plan for all relevant markets. This will mean working closely with Partner field sales teams to execute the plan locally. Global strategy-Local execution

Acting as an evangelist for your respective GSI for all things Automation anywhere keeping them informed and excited about AA and building a strong support community with a world-class GAP and associated communication strategy

Partnering with Corporate Business Development to complete strategic partnerships that accelerate our penetration with EY

Development of Joint Solutions with the respective GSI around SFDC, Workday, Google, etc. to showcase the power of Intelligent Automation within the leading GSI practices
You will be a great fit if you have:
-
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, Engineering, with some Computer Science or Computer Engineering, preferred
-
10+ years of work experience in Enterprise Software sales and the majority within the GSI accounts.

Experience managing our Ernst & Young (EY) alliance partnership
-
Strong technical, alliance management, presales, and sales aptitude and attitude with a successful and progressive track record
-
Very good understanding of software sales, marketing, and business development including scaling channels/alliances (Adding more partners, partner sales, and success teams)
-
Have handcrafted scalable and next-generation programs & program execution to enable partners and their client’s successes
-
Managed leading and lagging indicators in business and knows how to exponentially scale qualified opportunities, systematic pipeline building, and conversions through regional VPs and their teams

You are an operating leader with about 20 years of experience, C-level connections, and many experiences

Up to 30-50%, travel is required, when safely able to do so
You excel in these key competencies:

Deep understanding of software technologies, trends, and market directions

Have systematically scaled software sales and exponentially grown high NPS, partners and made them very successful

Very good understanding of the customer life cycle journey and partner business models / GTMs and how they succeed.

Upsell, cross-sell & net new including expansion sales through partners

Direct selling experiences in a high-growth environment

Prior experience in automation, cognitive & analytics

The salary range or on-target earnings (base salary + on-target incentives) for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $312,000 - $390,000 and outside of those locations is $295,000 - $368,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity, and a full range of medical and other benefits.
