This position is responsible for the implementation, coordinated development of a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and programs that are aligned with and support the business goals of the organization. Help develop and sustain an inclusive environment.
DEI Responsibility
- Provide shared and standardized services for the Office of DEI to support global strategies and initiatives, including data/analytics, insights/ research, risk management, compliance

Manage external partnerships, memberships, and DEI communities’ management

Provide leadership to Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) and partners with them to help drive key belonging strategy

Host quarterly sessions with CRGS, to drive best practice sharing, leveraging of key initiatives and ensure that global strategies can be localize so all colleagues can benefit

This individual will also work closely with employment branding and corporate marketing to maximize internal and external visibility of our DEI programs, and align key diversity messages to complement the overarching organizational strategy

Develop and maintain primary relationships with external diversity consultants, key institutions, organizations, facilitators, and vendors while monitoring performance against assigned projects

Partners and consults with internal Colleague Relations and Legal teams on diversity-related issues

Develop and oversee all program content and logistics for the Annual Diversity Summit. Assist in the oversight of all diversity programs: diversity education programs, diversity career fairs, etc.

Provide thought leadership in the DEI and talent arena

Partner with Senior HR Business leaders to ensure HR practices and processes support the achievement of workforce diversity and compliance with the Company diversity philosophy and principles.

Partner with communications to ensure key DEI messages are inclusive of key culture elements of inclusion

Partner with intranet/BEAT design team and communications to ensure key messages and areas of focus are highlighted and available for all colleagues to see and have access to on our intranet
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required
-
At least 7+ years of DEI, Human Resources or related experience required with at least three years specializing in equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and diversity programs

Organizational design experience deployed in large complex organizations
-
Experience in leading/managing the business transformation/organizational change
-
Coaching – ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proven dispute resolution skills
-
Excellent facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders – across functions and levels of seniority

Master’s degree preferred.

The salary range for this position is 160,000 to 264,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
