About the Role

The role of the Global DEI, Project Manager is to be an all-rounder who owns and executes on every element of our DEI special projects including, management, operations, communication, and everything else in between. Your role requires you to partner with various employees across different locations/functions and deliver impactful initiatives aligned with our DEI strategy. Most importantly, your role is to ensure connectivity of DEI initiatives across the various office locations to build a truly global community. This role will report into the Global Director, DE&I with a close working relationship with our regional leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end process of special projects within the global DEI strategy, with support of Global DEI Director. This includes project initiation, day-to-day planning and updating project plans/timelines, metrics, and project documentation.
  • Support the Global DEI Director to understand and support building a diverse talent pipeline globally and enhance employee experience and learning opportunities.
  • Work alongside regional leads to support execution of their internal and external DEI initiatives.
  • Leverage well-developed interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional team members and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in gathering research on key DEI issues, identify external trends, and create diversity relevant documents and research summaries.
  • Design presentations, generate reports, and present on DE&I matters, discuss opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations.
  • Build deep understanding of how processes and systems currently work within the business, and drive the changes needed to embed inclusion into our day-to-day practices related to the employee lifecycle (attracting, hiring, engaging, and retaining our diverse and talented employees)
  • Contribute to the execution of the Ogilvy's DEI storytelling and communications plan that captures and highlights the advancement of our DEI efforts.
  • Serve as DEI subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge, and taking a balanced consultative and systemic approach to enable the organization to integrate inclusion and diversity for global success through strategic and tactical/operational execution.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of project management skills โ€“ ideally in the commercial space.
  • Passion for purpose-led strategic planning, and experience developing initiatives to create a more inclusive culture.
  • Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity including: cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, gender, educational, age, sexual orientation, linguistic, professional, and other differences that make us unique.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities resulting in high quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work across levels and functions to build relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in building communities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Enjoys self-directed work and has an ability to operate autonomously.
  • Passionate about process creation, standardization, and improvement.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, click here for more details.

Pay Range

$60,000โ€”$140,000 USD
